It has been a pleasure to work for Michael who was very responsive in the process of creating the audiobook. It is always a blessing to be able to learn something whilst also recording and Michael’s book is very interesting and gives great insight into the way our thoughts can create positivity and how we can harness that by following others who have worked out a system for utilising the parts of our brain that allow us to increase mental toughness, happy thinking and affirmation techniques.
